apk: remove DocumentUI.apk [1/1]

Problem:
CtsPermissionTestCases
android.permission.cts.ProviderPermissionTest fail
Solution:
remove DocumentUI.apk.but caused 1 cases fail:
CtsAppSecurityHostTestCases
android.appsecurity.cts.ScopedDirectoryAccessTest
